Jeans Manufacturer

JiuvelWear is a jeans manufacturer operated by Dongguan Jiuzuo Clothing Co., Ltd. in Humen, Dongguan, China. We produce custom jeans for fashion brands, startups, private labels and clothing businesses, covering different fits, denim fabrics, washes, construction details and branding requirements.

Jeans Styles Across Different Fits

Different silhouettes create different product directions, from everyday denim to oversized streetwear collections.

Classic Fits

Straight-leg, slim, skinny, tapered and bootcut jeans suit clean and versatile collections.

Relaxed Silhouettes

Relaxed, loose, baggy and wide-leg jeans offer more volume through the seat, thigh and leg.

Fashion and Streetwear Styles

Flared, carpenter, cargo and distressed jeans can bring stronger proportions and more visible garment details to a collection.

The Pattern Sets the Shape

A jeans pattern controls much more than the waist size. Rise, hip, thigh, knee, inseam and leg opening all work together to create the finished silhouette.

Fit development can follow your measurement chart, reference garment or design requirements. The pattern can then be refined through sampling before bulk production.

Denim Selection Follows the Product Direction

The fabric affects the weight, structure, stretch, hand feel and finished appearance of the jeans.

Denim DirectionTypical Product Use
Lightweight DenimLighter everyday and warm-weather jeans
Midweight DenimEveryday jeans and regular silhouettes
Heavyweight DenimStructured, workwear and streetwear styles
Stretch DenimSlim and fitted silhouettes
Rigid DenimStructured and raw-denim directions
Colored DenimNon-indigo jeans and fashion collections

Actual fabric composition, weight and stretch depend on the product specification and selected material.

Small construction choices can change the look and function of a pair of jeans.

Wash Development Changes More Than Color

Rinse, stone, enzyme, acid, bleach, vintage and distressed treatments can create very different denim appearances. Whiskering, fading, hand sanding, abrasion and other finishing effects can add further character.

The wash also affects the hand feel, appearance and finished measurements. For this reason, wash development forms part of the sample approval process rather than a final step added after production.

Distressing Creates the Final Character

Distressed jeans can use controlled abrasion, fading, ripped areas, whiskering and other surface effects to create a worn-in appearance.

The placement and intensity can follow your reference sample or design direction. Different denim fabrics can also react differently to the same finishing treatment, so the selected fabric and wash need to work together.

A Jeans Sample Brings the Specifications Together

A sample combines the main product decisions into one physical garment.

Design / Tech Pack → Pattern → Fabric → Sample → Fit Review → Wash Development → Approval

The first sample helps confirm proportions, construction and overall appearance. Further adjustments can refine measurements, pocket placement, hardware, stitching or wash effects before the production reference is approved.

Bulk Production Uses the Approved Reference

Once the sample is approved, the same product information guides the bulk order.

Key references can include:

  • Approved sample
  • Measurement chart
  • Fabric and weight
  • Wash direction
  • Construction details
  • Hardware specifications
  • Labels and branding
  • Packaging requirements

Keeping these references together gives the production team a clear standard for the finished jeans and helps support consistency across repeat orders.

Production Covers the Garment From Cutting to Packing

JiuvelWear handles the main garment production stages in-house, including:

Pattern → Cutting → Sewing → Washing → Finishing → Quality Control → Packing

Our factory in Humen, Dongguan has more than 10 years of clothing manufacturing experience, with a 1,200㎡ workshop, 38–45 staff, three production lines and monthly production capacity of 100,000+ pieces.

Branding Goes Into the Jeans Details

Private label jeans can include branding throughout the garment rather than only on the main label.

Available details include:

  • Woven and printed labels
  • Care and size labels
  • Leather or Jacron patches
  • Custom buttons and rivets
  • Branded zippers
  • Pocket branding
  • Hang tags
  • Custom packaging

Quality Checks Follow the Product

Quality checks cover the parts of the jeans that directly affect appearance, construction and finished measurements.

Fabric and Cutting

Measurements, seams, pockets, waistband, stitching and garment construction are checked during production.

Wash and Finishing

The finished color, wash appearance, garment details and overall condition are checked after washing and finishing.
