What does an OEM project normally include?
OEM production starts with your specifications. These can include tech packs, measurements, fabric requirements, construction details, artwork, labels, packaging and other production instructions.
Can an existing garment serve as a development reference?
Yes. An existing garment can show the target fit, construction, proportions, fabric weight, washing and finishing. We can use those details as a reference when developing your version.
What if the design is not finished yet?
An ODM project can start with a rough concept, reference garment, sketch, fabric direction or product idea. We can then develop those starting points into a production-ready garment.
Does private label production include branding details?
Yes. Private label production can include custom garments together with brand labels, hangtags, packaging and other branding details.
Can custom development and private labeling work together?

How do OEM and ODM projects differ?

Can a custom wash match a reference garment?

How is MOQ determined?

What about smaller production runs?
Smaller production runs may work for some products. We review the quantity according to the garment, materials, construction and overall production requirements rather than applying one fixed MOQ to every product.
How long should I allow for a sample?
Sample development generally takes around 7–15 working days. The actual timing depends on the garment, materials, construction and number of revisions.
When does bulk production begin?
We move the project into bulk production once you approve the sample and confirm the production details. Our team then follows the approved specifications throughout manufacturing and quality control.
Why does sample approval matter?
The approved sample gives production a clear reference for fit, measurements, construction, materials, branding and finishing before bulk manufacturing starts.
What is the usual bulk production timeline?
General apparel and denim orders typically take around 25–45 days after the production details are confirmed. Outerwear can take approximately 30–50 days depending on construction and order requirements.
Which factors can change the production schedule?
Fabric availability, garment complexity, washing and finishing, order quantity, custom trims, sample revisions and other production details can all affect the schedule.
Can several styles go into one order?
Yes. You can combine multiple styles in one project. Each style still needs its own specifications, sampling and production planning.
What if I want changes after the first sample?

Can you help source fabrics and trims?

Do I need to select the fabric before contacting you?
