Low MOQ Clothing Manufacturer

Need a smaller starting quantity for your clothing line? As a low MOQ clothing manufacturer, JiuvelWear, operated by Dongguan Jiuzuo Clothing Co., Ltd., helps brands develop and produce custom apparel without pushing every project toward large order quantities. We work with your product specifications, develop the sample, and move approved styles into production.

Smaller Orders, Custom Apparel

A lower MOQ does not mean you have to give up the details that define your brand.

Product Development

We develop the fit, measurements, fabric, color and construction around your product requirements.

Branding

We handle labels, hang tags, printing, embroidery, patches and packaging according to your specifications.

Garment Finishing

Our production team handles suitable washing, fading, distressing and other finishing processes.

Production

After you approve the sample, we move the style through cutting, sewing, finishing and quality inspection.

When a Low MOQ Makes Sense

First Collection

Start with a limited number of styles while you build your product range and establish your brand direction.

New Design Testing

Produce a smaller run before putting more inventory into an untested design.

Limited Drops

Keep quantities controlled for seasonal releases, capsule collections and special products.

Growing Brands

Build inventory gradually instead of committing a large budget to every new style.

Repeat Products

Increase quantities later when a product gains traction and your order volume grows.

What Shapes the MOQ?

Style Construction

Simple garments usually need fewer production resources than styles with multiple panels, pockets, trims or complicated construction.

Colorways

We calculate the order around the confirmed style and color requirements. Different colorways may require separate material planning.

Fabric Selection

Stock fabrics often give smaller projects more flexibility. Custom fabric development or special dyeing may require additional quantities.

Trims & Hardware

Zippers, buttons, drawcords, patches and custom labels can create additional material requirements.

Decoration

Printing and embroidery add their own setup and production considerations, especially when a project uses several artwork variations.

Washing & Finishing

Garment washing, dyeing, fading and distressing require the production team to plan the quantity around the selected process.

Bring What You Have

You do not need to start every project with a finished tech pack.

Tech Pack

Detailed specifications can give our team clear information about measurements, construction, materials and production requirements.

Reference Garment

An existing garment can show the fit, proportions, construction and overall direction you want to develop.

Sketches & Photos

Design sketches, product photos and visual references can help communicate an early product idea.

Fabric & Color References

You can provide preferred fabric types, fabric samples, color references or other material requirements when available.

Artwork & Branding Files

Logo files, graphics, label artwork and packaging requirements help us plan the branding details before production.

Your Sample Comes First

We use the sample stage to check the product before bulk production.

Fit & Measurements

Check the overall silhouette, measurements, proportions and wearing fit before production moves forward.

Fabric & Construction

Review fabric weight, hand feel, seams, stitching and other construction details.

Artwork & Branding

Confirm artwork size, placement, labels, patches and other branding details.

Washing & Finishing

For garments that require washing, fading, distressing or other finishing, review the appearance before approving bulk production.

Our typical sample development takes 7–15 working days.

Keep Small Production Consistent

Small orders still need the same attention to product consistency as larger production runs.

Production Checks

Our team checks garments during production to catch problems before the order reaches final inspection.

Final Quality Control

We follow AQL 2.5 for major defects and AQL 4.0 for minor defects during quality inspection.

Needle Detection

We check garments with needle detection before shipment as part of the final production process.

Approved Sample Reference

The approved sample gives production a clear reference for measurements, construction, appearance and finishing.

Build the First Run Around Your Product

A smaller first order gives brands room to introduce a new style, test a limited release or start a new collection without immediately carrying a large inventory.

Start Small

Begin with a quantity that fits your current product plan and available inventory budget.

Review the Market

Use the first production run to see how customers respond to the product.

Increase Later

If the style performs well, increase the quantity on future orders using the approved specifications and production details.

Low MOQ Clothing Manufacturer FAQ

Is 100 pieces the MOQ for every product?

No. We use the 100-piece level for applicable hoodie and denim programs. Simpler styles may start lower, while complex garments require a project-specific assessment.

Can I produce several colors in one style?

Yes. We calculate the production quantity around the style and color combination, so tell us your planned colorways when requesting a quotation.

Can I add my own labels to a low-MOQ order?

Yes. We can produce garments with your labels, hang tags, printing, embroidery, patches and other brand details according to the project.

I only have a reference garment. Where do we start?

Send us the reference garment along with any measurements, sketches, photos, fabric ideas or other product information you have. Our team can use those details to understand the product direction.

Can I start with a smaller order and reorder later?

Yes. A first production run can help you introduce or test a product. When you reorder, we can work from the approved specifications and production details.

Will a complicated garment change the MOQ?

It can. Multiple construction details, special fabrics, hardware, decoration or washing may increase the production requirements. We review those details before confirming the MOQ.

How long does production take after sample approval?

We normally need 25–45 working days for apparel and denim bulk orders and 30–50 working days for outerwear. The actual schedule depends on the confirmed production requirements.
