Pattern Making & Sample Development
Every custom garment starts with a workable pattern. We can develop patterns from tech packs, measurements, reference garments, sketches, or existing samples.
Our sample team checks the fit, proportions, construction, fabric, and finishing during development. If something does not look or feel right, we adjust the pattern or construction before moving forward.
For denim and washed styles, we also consider what the garment will look like after washing. The pre-wash sample and finished measurements need to make sense together.

Fabric & Material Sourcing

Cutting & Sewing

Our production work includes denim washing, garment dyeing, distressing, fading, and other finishing requirements. We compare the finished result with the approved sample and production requirements before the order moves forward.

Our factory has a 1,200㎡ workshop, 38–45 in-house employees, and three production lines. Monthly production capacity exceeds 100,000 pieces, with daily output of approximately 3,200–3,500 pieces.
We keep the main manufacturing process in-house rather than outsourcing production to unrelated workshops. This gives our production team direct control over cutting, sewing, finishing, inspection, and packing.

A custom apparel order usually moves through several connected stages:
