JiuvelWear is a clothing manufacturer for designer brands, providing custom clothing manufacturing solutions for fashion designers and premium labels. We work with designers who already have a strong visual direction and need a manufacturing team that can translate those ideas into accurately made garments.
A designer collection can depend on details that are easy to overlook during production. The weight of a denim fabric, the shape of a sleeve, the placement of a pocket, the depth of a wash or the way a garment breaks at the hem can all change the final appearance. Our role is to keep those details aligned with the approved design from sampling through production.
Turning Design Concepts into Finished Garments
Working from Your Existing Design
You can start with a tech pack, technical drawing, sample, reference garment or a combination of these materials. We review the available information and clarify the construction, measurements, materials and finishing required for production.
Developing the Details Behind the Design
A design often needs more than a basic pattern and standard fabric. We can work with custom fabric requirements, GSM, colors, labels, trims, embroidery, screen printing, DTG, heat transfer and garment washing.
Refining the Sample
The first sample gives both sides a physical reference for the final product. Fit, proportions, fabric hand feel, construction and finishing can be reviewed before the production specifications are finalized.
Denim Development
Custom Fits and Silhouettes
We develop jeans, jorts and denim jackets with customized measurements, proportions and silhouettes. Different fits can be developed around the intended look of the collection rather than relying only on standard patterns.
Vintage Washing and Distressing
Denim appearance is often part of the design itself. We support stone washing, enzyme washing, vintage effects, fading and distressing to create the required surface character.
Consistency Across a Collection
When several denim styles belong to the same collection, keeping fabric, washing effects and visual treatment consistent becomes important. The approved sample provides the production reference for subsequent garments.
Streetwear Development
Heavyweight Garments
We manufacture hoodies, sweatshirts and other streetwear styles using different fabric weights and construction requirements. Heavyweight and double-layer hoodie styles can be developed according to the intended fit and structure.
Graphics and Surface Details
Graphic garments can incorporate screen printing, DTG, heat transfer, embroidery and other decoration techniques. Placement and artwork requirements are reviewed as part of the product specifications.
Oversized and Relaxed Fits
Streetwear silhouettes often depend on proportions rather than standard sizing alone. We can develop oversized, relaxed and other customized fits according to the approved measurements.
Manufacturing Support for Designer Labels
OEM Production
Brands with complete designs and specifications can use OEM production to manufacture garments according to their own requirements.
ODM Development
When a concept needs additional development, our ODM service can help adapt existing styles or develop product details around the designer’s direction.
Private Label
Custom labels, tags, packaging and other branding elements can be incorporated into the finished products.
Small Production Runs
Designer labels may release limited styles or test new concepts before committing to larger quantities. We support smaller production runs as well as bulk manufacturing, with MOQ depending on the product.
From Approved Sample to Production
Product Review
We review the design information, materials, measurements and construction before development begins.
Sampling
Our standard sample development lead time is 7–15 workdays. The sample provides a physical reference for reviewing fit, construction and finishing.
Production Preparation
After approval, the production team works from the confirmed specifications, patterns, materials and approved sample.
In-House Manufacturing
Pattern making, cutting, sewing, printing, washing, quality control and packing are handled in-house at our Dongguan workshop.
Final Inspection
Finished garments are checked against the approved specifications before packing and shipment.
A Manufacturing Setup Built Around Detail
JiuvelWear operates a 1,200㎡ workshop with 38–45 in-house employees and three production lines covering knitwear, denim and workwear outerwear.
The factory produces more than 100,000 pieces per month, with daily output of approximately 3,200–3,500 pieces. Keeping production stages in-house allows the same manufacturing team to remain involved from development through final inspection.
Quality checks cover fabric, pattern, cutting, sewing, measurements, craftsmanship, washing, final inspection and packing. Our reference standards include denim shrinkage of no more than 3%, knit shrinkage of no more than 5%, color fastness at level 3–4, and AQL Major 2.5 / Minor 4.0.
MOQ and Production Timing
MOQ depends on the garment and its construction. Current reference quantities include 80 pieces for denim, 100 pieces for denim jackets, 50 or 100 pieces for hoodies, 50 or 80 pieces for T-shirts, and 60 or 120 pieces for cargo pants and shorts.
General bulk production normally takes 25–45 days. Denim production generally takes 25–45 days, while heavy-wash denim can require 18–25 days depending on the process.

Can you manufacture from my tech pack?
Yes. We can work directly from your tech pack, technical drawings and specifications. Reference samples and images can also be used when additional product information is needed.
Can you develop custom denim washes?
Yes. We support stone wash, enzyme wash, vintage effects, fading and distressing for custom denim products.
Can you help develop a garment from a concept?
Yes. We can work from sketches, reference images or an initial concept and develop the manufacturing details required for sampling.
Can I provide my own fabric?
Yes. Brands can provide their own materials when required. We can also source fabrics according to the product specifications.
What is the MOQ for designer brands?
MOQ varies by product. Denim starts from 80 pieces and denim jackets from 100 pieces, while selected T-shirts and hoodies can have lower starting quantities.
Can you manufacture a complete collection?
Yes. We can manufacture different categories within a collection, including denim, hoodies, T-shirts, cargos, jackets and other streetwear styles.
