About JiuvelWear’s Manufacturing Base
JiuvelWear is the overseas B2B custom factory brand of Dongguan Jiuzuo Clothing Co., Ltd. The manufacturing facility is located in Humen, Dongguan, Guangdong, China.
The factory operates a 1,200㎡ workshop with 38–45 in-house employees and three production lines covering knit apparel, denim and workwear outerwear. Monthly production capacity exceeds 100,000 pieces, supporting both small trial orders and larger bulk production.
Production is handled in-house rather than outsourced. The manufacturing process covers pattern making, cutting, sewing, printing, washing, quality control and packing. This integrated production setup allows brands to manage product development and manufacturing through one factory.
