A project can start with a tech pack, reference sample, measurement chart, artwork or a simple product direction. From there, the garment moves through development, sampling, approval and bulk production within our apparel manufacturing process.

Sample Revision and Approval

T-Shirt Production and Quality Control
Bulk manufacturing follows the approved product rather than restarting the development process. Confirmed specifications provide the reference for cutting, sewing, decoration, finishing and packing.
Production Process
Pattern making and cutting prepare the fabric for production, followed by sewing and the required printing, embroidery or washing processes. Finishing and packing complete the garment before shipment.
Quality Control
Checks during production help identify issues before the finished garments reach final inspection. Measurements, construction, appearance and decoration can be compared with the approved requirements.
JiuvelWear follows AQL 2.5 for major defects and AQL 4.0 for minor defects. Finished garments also pass needle detection before shipment.
