Production Is Where Consistency Becomes Important

All measurements must be within the specified tolerances.

The fabric should be test, prepared and color completed to match the set specifications.

Colours, stitching, tags, printing, finishing, all needs to be constant.

This is certainly the most significant difference between producing a sample and an order.

We might think that a small problem on one sample is not an issue.

In a large order, the the same problem repeated hundreds or even thousands of times quickly becomes a real problem.

So this is why production checks are important.

Problems can be found during specific stages rather than after everything has been completed.

It is always easier to fix an issue the earlier it is found.
