Launching a puffer jacket seems so simple, until a supplier begins to translate a concept into a finished product. In the designer‘s mind, the fabric may be correct, but the completed puffer may be too bulky, misshapen or not retain as much heat as anticipated. So sourcing a custom puffer jacket manufacturer is not simply about establishing if a factory is capable of manufacturing an insulated jacket. A buyer has to select insulation, shell fabric, fit, design, construction, sampling, costing and finally manufacturing prior to committing to a bulk production order.
