Thermal Balaclava Bubble Puffer Winter Jacket
Our custom balaclava puffer jacket features an integrated hood that provides full wind protection around the head and neck. This winter puffer jacket uses a ripstop nylon-cotton shell with down filling to provide warmth for outdoor and casual activities during the colder seasons.
The jacket supports multiple custom branding options, including printing and embroidery. Logos can be placed on the front, back, sleeves or hem to match your brand design requirements.
We offer full OEM service with a 7-day sample lead time. Every finished garment goes through needle detection before delivery to support quality control for bulk orders.

The integrated balaclava hood gives this puffer jacket a distinctive shape while adding coverage around the head and neck. You can adjust the hood construction, jacket length, body width, sleeve shape, pocket placement and overall fit to match your collection.
The shell fabric, lining and filling can also change according to the target warmth, weight, appearance and price level. Ripstop fabrics work well for a technical look, while different surface finishes can create a cleaner fashion or streetwear appearance.
